At enterprise scale, I learned that reliability, governance, stakeholder alignment, and change management are nonnegotiable. In smaller and growth-stage companies, I learned to wear many hats, create what does not yet exist, and move easily between product strategy, delivery, operations, analytics, customer conversations, executive communication, and team building.

My roles have crossed product management, product operations, AI delivery, transformation, customer experience, and cross-functional team leadership. That breadth lets me see dependencies earlier and build the operating environment a product needs to succeed.
People leadership
I have managed direct reports for more than 10 years, building capable teams, developing leaders, and creating the clarity and trust people need to do their best work.
