Across every company and role above, data and analytics have been the foundation for understanding the business, learning from customers and product behavior, analyzing what is and is not working, and deciding what to do next. The tools have evolved, but the principle has remained constant: better evidence leads to better products, stronger operations, and more effective transformation.
Delivered work examples
In product operations, I spearheaded the tooling and processes needed to standardize product adoption analytics, giving teams a consistent view of usage, engagement, and outcomes.
In enterprise transformation, I led a team in creating a centralized data lake that merged and normalized multiple disparate databases. We built machine learning models on top of that foundation to identify meaningful insights and trends, then used an automated AI assistant to proactively deliver those findings to stakeholders.
